4歲童腹痛便祕忍半年　醫切腸拉出一碗蛔蟲「炒麵」
衛生條件不佳的地區，民眾很容易受到蛔蟲感染，引起嘔吐、胃痛等情況！「醫學案例報告期刊」最近分享一起案例，西非喀麥隆一名4歲男童長期有便秘的問題，這半年來飽受腹痛之苦，甚至出現嘔吐、腹脹等症狀，沒想到醫師切開小腸一看，裡面塞滿一條條正在蠕動的蛔蟲，十分驚人。

醫師提到，男童家屬將他就近送往離家76公里遠的醫院，且醫護人員發現男童從出生到現在從未接受過蛔蟲檢測，到院時男童相當虛弱，有脫水、營養不良的情況。

經過檢查後，醫師發現腸道內出現異常活躍的聲音，像是有生物在裡面活動，立即替他進行手術，沒想到切開小腸後，發現裡面居然有滿滿的蛔蟲，數量驚人，且寄生蟲的粗度和蚯蚓差不多，醫師挖出一條條精力旺盛的蛔蟲，聚集起來宛如一盤炒麵，讓人狂起雞皮疙瘩。

醫師阿格波爾(Valirie Ndip Agbor)提到，男童的小腸被寄生蟲感染，若不及時處理，恐會導致男童營養不良，甚至引起發育遲緩、記憶衰退等情況，所幸男童術後接受藥物治療，腸胃逐漸恢復正常運作，醫師表示在公共衛生條件差的地區，食物、土壤、水容易受到嚴重汙染，再被幼童吃下肚，引發感染，全球目前約有8億人受到該疾病影響。

另外，醫師也指出，喀麥隆許多地區缺乏資金和健康教育等支援，導致寄生蟲感染持續蔓延，同時也呼籲比價撿便宜省錢妙招當地社區需要定期驅蟲，以及配合相關單位衛生教育的宣導，才能有效提升治療覆蓋率。

2萬搭商務飛象牙海岸！　男控回程段遭取消
如果不是透過，國內旅行社或航空公司訂票，真的要特別注意，一名蕭先生，日前要帶媽媽到西非度假，在國外旅遊平台，搶到摩洛哥航空便宜機票，雖然順利飛過去了，但準備回程時，機位突然遭到取消，航空公司卻沒協助簽轉，害他自付13萬改訂他航。

前進象牙海岸，有著西非巴黎美譽的阿必尚，博物館、小販市集，充滿異國風情，接著再到歷史城鎮，大巴薩姆海灘，日前母親節，孝敬媽媽同遊西非，蕭先生當初，從GoToGate平台，搶到摩洛哥航空便宜機票，搭商務艙從馬尼拉出發，轉機兩次來回只要2萬，成功啟程相當驚喜。

投訴人蕭先生：「當時訂的票價是2萬元台幣，訂的當搶購禮物下並沒有去查清，它的旅行社或官網的價格，事後去查大概是16萬7。」

以為省到了，但旅程結束驚喜變成驚嚇，回程起飛前15小時，卻被通知機位取消，蕭先生說當初的訂位行程表，清楚載明，三段航班是確認，不過阿必尚到卡薩布蘭加，這一段卻被取消，地勤還說查無訂位紀錄。當下求助無門，只能自花13萬改訂其他航空返回亞洲。

旅行公會發言人李奇嶽：「這個部分其實坦白講，有非常多的案子，都是這些申訴案件，最後寄去之後石沉大海，歐美外籍這種航空公司的話，我們都會建議行程要投保旅遊不便險。」

已開票無故取消，航空公司得負賠償責任，但旅行公會指出，不少外籍航空，台灣都沒有代理，若又透過國外平台下訂，難就國內消保法求償，雖然投不便險，可補貼食宿滯留費用，但自轉它航，想追回這筆損失，跨國申訴恐怕是漫漫長路。
